Refund policy
All items come with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item cost (excluding delivery charges).
For faulty items, please contact us between 8:00am and 4:00pm (AEST), Monday – Friday at admin@loveaus.com before returning any goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund return postage costs unless we have made a mistake with your order or the item is defective.
In these cases, please contact admin@loveaus.com before sending your return.
Conditions:
- No refunds or exchanges will be given for items that have had tags removed, been worn, or washed.
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for items where the packaging has been damaged.
- I❤️AUS is not responsible for freight or customs charges for returning items to our warehouse unless the goods are faulty. In such cases, I❤️AUS will cover return postage, please email us at admin@loveaus.com prior to sending the items back.
- Refunds or payments will not be made for any customs duties or taxes incurred on international returns. As outlined in our shipping policy, I❤️AUS is not liable for customs fees or duties.
- If returned goods are not deemed faulty, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the item cost will be.
- Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds will only be issued back to the original card.
- Returned items must be kept in a smoke-free environment. Items returned smelling of tobacco will not be accepted.
- No refunds or exchanges will be processed if more than 60 days have passed since the order was returned to us.
