Return Conditions:

  • Tags must remain attached.
  • Garments must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Packaging must be undamaged.
  • Items must be kept smoke-free.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be given after 60 days from the date of return.

Customs duties, international taxes, and freight on returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Shipping

We ship domestically and to selected international destinations via Australia Post. Registered Post, Express Post, and insurance options are available at checkout. We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels unless tracking or insurance was purchased.
